MORE ABOUT SCOTT AND ZACH
Scott and Zach first became friends at The University of the South, in Sewanee, TN, where they attended college and received their undergraduate degrees.  Since graduation, Scott has worked in the Residence Life offices of Rhodes College, Wake Forrest University, and most recently Belmont University.  Shortly after graduation, Zach moved to Nashville and began a successful career in real estate.

Realizing the need for students to have access to affordable housing in college environments where campus-housing was limited, Scott left his career in higher education to team up with Zach.  Together they have created a business centered around helping college students and their parents make financially wise decisions to invest in real estate, thereby making the college experience more affordable.
